Die Quadriga
This upscale restaurant is located at the stylish Brandenburger Hof hotel and is overseen by Finnish culinary master Sauli Kemppainen, who has created a menu of his signature Mediterranean-influenced, Scandinavian cuisine. The menu includes such dishes as venison and globe artichokes and anglerfish and Norway lobster. Die Quadriga’s dining room reflects the restaurant’s unmistakably posh air. The décor includes green-and-white-striped carpet and shades of gold and olive, and each table is accompanied by chairs designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1940. The comprehensive wine cellar has more than 950 bottles.
