Devil's Thumb Ranch Restaurant
The Ranch House Restaurant at Devil's Thumb Ranch sits on more than 5,000 acres of wilderness at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The meadow and mountain views from the restaurant may be rustic, but the food is not. Seasonal menus focus on locally sourced meats and produce, and entrees reflect the “New American Mountain Cuisine”: a blend of robust game and delicate flavors such as smoked pheasant with morel mushrooms or Rocky Mountain trout with horseradish potato cakes. A five-course tasting menu and extensive wine list are available.
