This chic yet informal burger joint (the design is heavy on stainless steel and glass) serves salads (the beet variety is particularly tasty) and sandwiches, but patrons really come for the cow. Made from natural, grain-fed premium beef and topped with blue and Gruyère cheeses and organic arugula, the Delux burger lives up to its name—and its reputation around town. Don’t forget the fries; they arrive in a teeny-tiny shopping cart, and the specialty is a combo of regular and sweet potato. Plus, the bar offers a martini menu and beer flights, including one that groups brews by Four Peaks Kilt Lifter, Big Sky Moose Drool, and Stone Arrogant Bastard.

Tip: Get your late-night nosh on here. While most places in town close on Mondays or after 10 p.m., these doors open every day from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
