An offshoot of the renowned Daphne’s of London, this upscale waterfront restaurant is situated on Paynes Bay, adjacent to the House and Tamarind resorts. Popular with A-list visitors (former patrons include Kevin Bacon and Rihanna), Daphne’s is known for its island-inspired Italian fare. The partially covered terrace is decorated with worn wood furniture, glass flower vases, and tiki torches, and most tables provide impressive bay views. Created by Italy-trained chef Marco Festini Cromer, the menu includes such dishes as lobster spaghetti, and blackened mahi mahi with olive mash. The popular happy hour includes half-price cocktails like the signature watermelon martini.
