Diners don’t go for the ambience or presentation, as neither are emphasized. The food is king here, and for good reason; chef Alessandro Palluzzi prepares dishes to transport guests from Hong Kong to Rome with one bite. Starters include thinly sliced mortadella, a sausage from the Bologna region, while mains include grilled scampi and calamari, and bucatini pasta served with bacon.
