Cruise Restaurant & Bar
Located in the Overseas Passenger Terminal overlooking Sydney Cove, Cruise is divided into a first-floor bar and second-floor restaurant, both of which provide sweeping views of Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour, and the Sydney Opera House. The bar has a shaded outdoor terrace and a light wall that changes with the music, while the restaurant is designed in a stylish black and white palette, with bright red accents, globe lights, and a partially open kitchen. The Italian-inspired Australian menu includes dishes like fresh local oysters with red wine—shallot dressing, and chili crab linguini with chives and lemon oil.
