A two-floor bar that fronts Copacabana beach, Copa Café is all contrasts: stark black floors, deep red accents, and white bar chairs. The electronic music and bold atmosphere attract a crowd of young and stylish professionals sipping cocktails. The second floor has a balcony feel and looks down on the mix of lounge- and restaurant-style tables below. Gourmet burgers—perhaps the lamb patty topped with mint jam—are a specialty, but the slightly French menu also includes seared tuna, steak tartare, and risotto. After dinner, the in-house DJs continue the party.
