Located near the Railyard Park on Cerrillos Road, Chicago Dog Express sells authentic Vienna beef hot dogs from their food cart situated under the bright blue awning with Vienna-style tables nearby. Hot dogs come in two sizes — standard and jumbo (1/4 pound) — and are served either half-loaded and fully loaded. Options include the jumbo with Christmas style chile (red and green), cheese, and onions on a poppy seed bun. The green chile breakfast burritos are popular as are the frito pies: fritos, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and chile.
