Housed inside the Charleston Place Hotel in downtown the Charleston Grill offers diners a unique blend of southern, French, and contemporary cuisines, courtesy of executive chef Michelle Weaver. The restaurant’s menu is divided into four categories: Pure, Lush, Southern, and Cosmopolitan. Each category contains dishes reflective of its title: simple dishes such as grilled wild salmon with olive-tomato salad on the Pure category, and traditional dishes like Lowcountry shellfish stew on the Southern category. To add to its chic, southern atmosphere, the Charleston Grill hosts live jazz seven nights a week.
