Accessible only by a dirt road and set in the midst of a working vineyard, the hotel has contemporary casitas, the walls of which are rounded like mushrooms, and provocative art fills its public spaces. Dine alfresco on beef empanadas and grilled lamb and drink the Argentinean wines.

Located in the posh Neveh Tzedek neighborhood, Catit features an international menu from chef Meir Adoni, including dishes like honey-infused chestnut soup topped with grilled foie gras and lobster. The wine list draws from top-tier vineyards in Israel, France and Australia and includes dessert wines from Galilee and the Golan Heights.
We loved: Mozzarella-filled veal meatballs with polenta; grilled lamb ribs.
