No restaurant captures SoCal beach chic as beautifully as this new seafood place with floor-to-ceiling windows off the beach in Santa Monica. Chef Michael Reardon prepares exceptional <em>crudo</em>, but he's also adept with <em>kurobuta</em> pork loin.

We loved: with sea beans and aged soy; raw mackerel with ginger juice and mustard oil.
