From the May 2008 Food & Wine Go List
The latest opening from star molecular-gastronomy chef German Martitegui has some of the city’s toughest-to-score tables. Every night, the crimson dining room is full of chef groupies and A-listers. For a more laid-back experience, diners can head to Olsen, Martitegui’s Scandinavian-inspired spot, which has a lovely patio, a sculpture garden and a more casual menu.
We loved: Risotto with truffle oil, pickled peaches and duck confit at Casa Cruz; Nordic smoked-meat canapés at Olsen.
