Owned by a Sicilian who learned the art of ice cream–making from his grandfather, this small gelato parlor is considered the city's best by many Florentines. Try the <em>pistachio</em>—made from high-grade Bronte pistachio nuts—or the ices flavored with citrus fruits imported from owner Antonio Carabé's native island each week.
