Owned by a Sicilian who learned the art of ice cream–making from his grandfather, this small gelato parlor is considered the city’s best by many Florentines. Try the pistachio—made from high-grade Bronte pistachio nuts—or the ices flavored with citrus fruits imported from owner Antonio Carabé’s native island each week. There’s a second location at Piazza San Jacopino 9r.
