Those who want the best view of the Magic Kingdom's fireworks reserve a window table at California Grill, located at the top of Walt Disney World Resort's Contemporary Resort. The dining room, which is lit by recessed lighting and a wall of windows, also includes seating around the open kitchen and the black granite bar. Though the menu changes regularly, the focus remains on California fusion cooking, with dishes including sushi, brick oven-fired flatbreads, and such main courses as grilled pork tenderloin with goat cheese polenta, mushrooms, and Zinfandel glaze. California wines are available by both the glass and the bottle.
