The lounge at world-famous chef Guy Savoy’s eponymous restaurant has been transformed into a less expensive, more approachable alternative to the opulent dining room. Along with small plates like foie gras terrine, there are a dozen Champagnes by the glass (as well as anything from the restaurant’s massive wine list, with almost 2,000 bottles).
We loved: Artichoke and black truffle soup; oysters in a gelée of their own juices.
