Bradley Ogden
Renowned for his inventive New American cuisine and commitment to the farm-to-table concept, James Beard Award-winning chef Bradley Ogden opened this namesake restaurant in 2003. Located across from the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the restaurant is adorned with a fireplace, classic white tablecloths, and wood-paneled walls lined with colorful artwork. The menu changes seasonally, but highlights may include the Maytag blue cheese soufflé and the pan-seared halibut with cucumber noodles and watermelon broth. After dinner, each patron is treated to a homemade butterscotch pudding shooter on the house.
