Famed chef David Bouley’s flagship TriBeCa restaurant serves up French cuisine with modern Asian influences. Inside the dimly lit dining room, the tables with white linen cloths are surrounded by plush chairs. Both the lunch and dinner menus offer á la carte options as well as a tasting menu, which is five courses for lunch and seven for dinner. Entrées include organic Colorado rack of lamb, organic Long Island roasted duck and black Sea Bass. Jackets are required for gentlemen.
