Despite being hidden beneath the escalators at the Venetian Las Vegas, this small bakery stand is well known for its crispy-on-the-outside and chewy-on-the-inside macarons. Owned by celebrated chef Thomas Keller, Bouchon Bakery offers a rotating seasonal selection of these sweet treats but favorites flavors include pistachio, vanilla, lemon, raspberry, chocolate, and coffee. Beyond macarons, the shop sells items like almond croissants, red velvet cupcakes and “TKO” cookies (Thomas Keller’s (reinterpreted) Oreos). Savory sandwiches and quiches are also available.
