This popular wine restaurant adjacent to the Central Market Hall is known for traditional Hungarian fare and a super-sized cellar. Spanning across three floors, Borbíróság evokes an industrial feel with its brick-and-wood décor. Nearly 100 indigenous wines are offered — by the glass and by the bottle — along with refined cuisine heavy on Hungarian ingredients. Under the supervision of an in-house sommelier, Borbirosag 's wine cellar and gallery are available for private wine tastings and wine dinners. There is also a daily wine happy hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. that includes half-priced wine by the glass.
