Bokado
Located on the ground level of the Museo del Traje (Costume Museum), Bokado serves inventive Basque cuisine crafted by chefs Mikel and Jesús Santamaría, brothers from San Sebastián. Opened in 2004, the restaurant is designed in a minimalist style with light wood paneling, white tablecloths, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the adjacent garden. Additional seating is available outside on the terrace, which is surrounded by trees and fountains. The seafood-heavy menu includes both pintxos (Basque-style tapas) and full-size entrées, with options such as watermelon and lobster gazpacho, and hake served with clams and salsa verde (green salsa).
