Pastry chef Jennifer Giblin excels at homespun recipes like this gingerbread roll. A riff on a bûche de Noël, it combines tender ginger cake with a tangy cream-cheese filling. The restaurant has a brand new satellite location at the 2009-opened Citi Field (Roosevelt Avenue, Queens, NY (718) 507-8499).
