Vacationing retirees dine alongside jetsetters and hipsters in a modern space favoring rich leathers and azure hues against the bold colors of George Rodrigue’s Blue Dog. Chef John Besh plates traditional steakhouse favorites alongside locally grown produce and the ideal wine or spirit. While supersized steaks at equally large prices headline the menu, Gulf seafood options are available too, such as Louisiana shrimp or buster crabs.
