Located in the penthouse of the Chanel Building in Ginza, this Michelin two-starred restaurant is a collaboration between the French fashion house and renowned chef Alain Ducasse. Inside, the dining room blends Japanese elements, such as bonsai trees and handcrafted Negoro dishware, with Chanel-inspired accents like black-and-white fashion photos, tweed-patterned coffee cups, and classic beige armchairs. The restaurant also has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the surrounding skyline. Incorporating high-quality Japanese ingredients, executive chef Kei Kojima creates seasonal French dishes like pan-fried scallops with grated black truffle, followed by complimentary dark chocolate buttons embossed with the Chanel logo.
