Owner Trudy Ellis hails straight from Nassau and specializes in dishes unique to the island, such as conch fritters and whole fried fish. Quite possibly her most notable breakfast item, boiled fish and grits, is served with a slice of warm Johnny cake, a savory and sweet French toast-meets-cornbread concoction.
