B&B Ristorante, located inside the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, is a joint venture from Italian cuisine experts Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich. The duo, which operates the successful Babbo restaurant in New York City, has brought its talents to Las Vegas, creating a menu of authentic Italian dishes. Dishes such as beef cheek ravioli with black truffles and spicy two-minute calamari are prepared with an emphasis on fresh ingredients, and are complemented by Bastianich’s wine list. The dining room is decorated with leather banquettes, Italian marble floors and dark wood accents.
