Ideal for pre-show dining, Artista offers contemporary American cuisine inside the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. The high-ceilinged dining room is lined with enormous windows framing views of the downtown skyline and is also adorned with white tablecloths, curved black banquettes, and chandeliers. During warmer months, however, patrons often prefer to sit on the outside patio, set beneath a dramatic white awning with huge, slanted columns. Created by executive chef Michael Cordúa, the theater-themed menu is divided into acts and features signature dishes such as the soft-shell crawfish taquitos, churrasco steak, and homemade tres leches cake.
Congratulations to Mei Lin, winner of Top Chef Season 12.
