Located in San Diego’s Carmel Valley biotech business district, Arterra sits inside the San Diego Marriott Del Mar. The restaurant’s interior reflects the hotel’s modern, yet casual décor of wood floors, leather banquettes, and colorful hand-blown glass lighting and art works, but there is also al fresco fireside dining outside. Chef Tony Miller prepares contemporary California cuisine using seasonal ingredients fresh from farms, especially nearby Chino Farms. Arterra also has a sushi bar and in-room delivery for hotel guests.
