Offering an outdoor dining patio along the Woodlands Waterway and a cocktail lounge fitted with upholstered seating areas that seem to float above the floor, lit from beneath, Americas highlights the Latin American take on steak along with inventive versions of seafood paella, plantains, and rice dishes. The popular Sunday brunch includes a carving station and fresh ceviche, in addition to standard American brunch selections.
