This restaurant on the eleventh floor of Le Royal Méridien hotel offers a taste of France in the hub of Shanghai. This 50-seat location puts food before views; Chef Michael Wendling prepares dishes from the southern region of France. The starters are petite, such as a glass of cream of potato soup and bite-size smoked salmon with spinach sauce and herbs. Main dishes include la boeuf, beef tenderloin with goose liver, braised potato and perigueline sauce. And to finish off the evening, desserts like the Berry Crumble and a French-only wine list are offered.
