Ajili-Mójili
Named after a rich Puerto Rican sauce used on meat and fish, Ajili Mójili prides itself on serving and celebrating the island's traditional cuisine. The restaurant, which sits on the Condado Lagoon, serves classic local dishes, including mofongo, a casserole of green plantains stuffed with various types of meat or seafood and arroz con pollo, chicken and rice. A selection of beverages, including local beers and mangó bajito, a blend of mango juice and rum, provide fitting pairings for the restaurant’s main dishes.
