Set near the Gan Hachashmal shopping district, Gil Maoz’s hole-in-the-wall spot offers an exceptional version of hummus, the beloved Middle Eastern snack. It arrives warm, topped with hard-boiled eggs and chopped onions and served with fiery pepper sauce and fresh-from-the-oven pita.
