Chef Scot Woods, who impressed Toronto's food community during his short stint at Habitat, has resurfaced at this instantly popular new bistro near the St. Lawrence Market—an emerging restaurant area that's also home to <strong>Jamie Kennedy Wine Bar</strong> and Colborne Lane. Here, he reworks classics—like making fried chicken by cooking the breast sous-vide and sizzling the skin to a crisp.
We loved: Roast Ontario red deer with celery root and peppered fruits.
