This dinner-only restaurant at the Turtle Bay Resort overlooks the Pacific Ocean and balances formal white tablecloths with a relatively casual resort vibe. The name refers to its latitude in the Northern Hemisphere. Chef John Armstrong has built a menu of Hawaiian regional cuisine around local seafood, meat and produce.Stand-out dishes include crab crusted Hawaiian sea bass with cannelloni bean cassoulet, papaya glazed pork tenderloin, and macadamia nut cheesecake for dessert. Bartender Allie Bellows constructed a cocktail menu that includes “concoctions” like the Lanikea with Maui-born Ocean Vodka, St. Germain, grapefruit juice and sparkling wine.
