- 4 strawberries, 3 quartered
- 1/4 ounce passion fruit nectar
- 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- 1 ounce Absolut New Orleans
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 mint sprig
How to make this recipe
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the quartered strawberries with the passion fruit nectar and bitters. Add ice and the Absolut New Orleans and Grand Marnier and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the whole strawberry and the mint sprig.
