Great recipe! I cut up a whole chicken and made my own chicken stock with the leftover. Next time I'm going to add more capers.

absolutely delicious...if you have no Souvignon Blanc at hand, you can substitute for pinot grigio and it will still taste absolutely fantastic. I have made this dish twice and know that i will make it again should the occasion present itself.
