Mixologist Duggan McDonnell specializes in elaborate cocktails made with esoteric ingredients—like this tea-based drink flavored with wildflower honey and ginseng.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces chilled green tea
  3. 1/2 teaspoon wildflower honey
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons mango syrup
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginseng Syrup
  7. 1 lemon twist
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the lemon twist and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
