Yogurt Lime Sorbet

  • SERVINGS: MAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  3. 3 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice, sugar and lime zest. Refrigerate until the yogurt is cold, about 1 hour. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve at once.
