RECIPE
- SERVINGS: MAKES ABOUT 1 1/2 CUPS
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice, sugar and lime zest. Refrigerate until the yogurt is cold, about 1 hour. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Serve at once.
