Holly Roberts's drink is named after the white-marble statue of the Greek goddess of victory, Nike. In certain light, the statue can appear almost copper in tone, just like this cocktail.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
  3. 1 1/2 ounces chocolate liqueur
  4. 3/4 ounce amontillado sherry
  5. 3 coffee beans
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the bourbon, chocolate liqueur and sherry and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the coffee beans.
