- 2 ounces Armagnac
- 1/2 ounce Kümmel (liqueur flavored with cumin, caraway and fennel)
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cane syrup, such as Depaz
- 1 ounce Champagne
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Champagne. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Stir in the Champagne.
