Not a fan of anisette liqueur, Winchester challenged himself to make a delicious drink with it. The result is this creamy, spicy cocktail.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces gin, preferably London dry
  3. 1/2 ounce anisette liqueur
  4. 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
  5. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  6. Small pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the nutmeg.
