- One 750-milliliter chilled bottle white port
- 1 1/2 liters chilled tonic water
- Mint leaves and lemon slices, for garnish
- In a pitcher, mix the white port with the tonic water. Pour into ice-filled highball glasses. Garnish each drink with a mint leaf and lemon slice.
