White Peaches with Crushed Raspberries

  1. 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  2. 4 teaspoons sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 4 ripe white peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  1. In a medium bowl, using a fork, coarsely crush the raspberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for at least 5 minutes, then fold in the peaches and serve.
