White Peaches with Crushed Raspberries
- SERVINGS: 4
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 ripe white peaches, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- In a medium bowl, using a fork, coarsely crush the raspberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for at least 5 minutes, then fold in the peaches and serve.
