White BBQ Sauce

  1. 1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 to 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons freshly grated or prepared horseradish
  4. 2 tablespoons water
  5. 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  7. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Make Ahead The sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Serve With Big Bob's Smoked Chicken with White BBQ Sauce.
