Whipped Tofu with Nori and Rice Crackers

F&W's Emily Kaiser, who co-authored The Harney & Sons Guide to Tea, likes this tofu "sundae" with Japanese sencha tea, like Sencha Fuka-midori ($6.50 for 2 ounces; denstea.com).
Plus: Tea 101
- 1/2 pound soft tofu
- 2 thin rice crackers, crushed
- 1/4 sheet of nori, cut into slivers
- Tamari, for drizzling
- In a medium bowl, whisk the tofu until smooth. Spoon the tofu into 6 demitasse cups or large shot glasses. Sprinkle with the rice crackers, nori and a few drops of tamari and serve.
