Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound soft tofu
  • 2 thin rice crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 sheet of nori, cut into slivers
  • Tamari, for drizzling

How to make this recipe

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the tofu until smooth. Spoon the tofu into 6 demitasse cups or large shot glasses. Sprinkle with the rice crackers, nori and a few drops of tamari and serve.
