  • 1/4 cup finely chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

  1. In a mini food processor, puree the ricotta until smooth. Add the basil and chives, season with salt and pepper and pulse to combine.
