Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 large bunch of watercress
Directions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Just before serving, whisk the dressing again, add the watercress and toss.
