  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 large bunch of watercress

How to make this recipe

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Just before serving, whisk the dressing again, add the watercress and toss.
