Warm Bok Choy with Soy Dressing

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 1/4 pounds baby bok choy
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
- In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook the bok choy for 1 minute. Drain and transfer to a platter. Drizzle with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
