Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds baby bok choy

How to make this recipe

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. 

  2. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook the bok choy for 1 minute. Drain and transfer to a platter. Drizzle with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
